Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel was smaller than described, so I had to sleep on an additional mattress. The sheets and towels were not clean, and there was no suite available for six people. While the staff was cooperative and good for an overnight stay, they asked for an additional 7 AED for government tax, which was unexpected. The location was crowded, tidy, and unclean, not suitable for the hotel. Close to a metro station, directly opposite a mosque, with Mr Safdar working hard to keep the place clean even at midnight.
The hotel provides clean rooms available at short notice, but the smell was really bad. The service was a mix - some staff were kind and cooperative, especially Mr Ram at the front desk, but there were issues like collecting the wrong tax. The location was not great, with a very narrow and crowded street and no proper parking, though it was near to my business spot. The dining experience during Ramadan was horrible. The facilities were acceptable but nothing extraordinary.
I had to sleep on an additional mattress as the room was smaller than described; the sheets and towels were not clean, which was disappointing. However, the rooms should be clean, using at least Clorox for thorough sanitation. The check-in process was smooth, but cleanliness should be maintained throughout our stay.
The hotel room was smaller than described, so I had to sleep on an additional mattress with unclean sheets and towels. There was also a bad smell, indicating possible lack of bedding change. On the positive side, the staff was cooperative and good for an overnight stay. Mr Adnan was particularly helpful and kind, although there was an issue with getting a taxi promptly the next day.
The hotel has well-decorated rooms, and the staff were very helpful and supportive throughout our stay. However, there was a very bad smell in the rooms which made it seem like the bedding wasn't changed regularly.
The hotel is near a metro station, making it convenient for travelers, but the service at the reception desk was subpar. The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with all necessary amenities, but my bed preference wasn't honored. The dining experience was affected by Ramadan, but fresh orange juice was enjoyable.
The hotel is in a convenient location near the business area and not far from the metro station. The rooms are nice with a kitchenette and clean, though I had an issue with cockroaches. The service was mixed, with cooperative staff but also encountered some rudeness. The dining during Ramadan was not great. The hotel is in a congested area, but the manager allowed me without any trouble. Overall, an okay stay with some drawbacks.
The hotel is centrally located in the markets, near the metro station, with excellent staff. The rooms are a bit cramped for four beds and have an unpleasant odor, but I still liked my room upon check-in. The service has a mix of helpful and rude staff members, including Mr Adnan who was kind and gentlemanly but some were pushy about extra fees. The location is convenient but the narrow, crowded streets and small washrooms may not suit everyone. The dining experience during Ramadan was subpar, but the pastries were indulgent. The facilities are decent overall.
Upon check-in, the room was dark and not well-illuminated, and it was unlocked and very hot. Although I had to deal with cockroaches initially, the staff was cooperative and allowed me to change rooms. The hotel requested an additional 7 AED for government tax despite having paid other taxes. The service from the staff was kind and helpful, especially the room service. The location was conveniently near my business site, though it was directly opposite a mosque. The morning manager allowed easy access. The dining experience was affected due to Ramadan and was horrible, particularly the risotto. Facilities were present but not outstanding.
The hotel had some room issues like dripping water from the roof, a fridge problem, no view, and an old toilet. The size was smaller than described, so I ended up on an additional mattress, plus the sheets and towels were not clean. However, the room was secure and of good size overall.
